How to Buy
Once you have selected an item of interest, use any contact button to send us a request for further details/images etc if required, quoting the reference number (SKU) and your details. We will usually put a hold on that item for you until a purchase has been decided. A shipping cost to your destination based on item weight will be quoted. (We only use Special Delivery (within UK) or tracked and signed airmail internationally).
Payment can be made through Paypal, International bank transfer, cheques or bank transfer within UK.
Once payment has been received your item will be securely and professionally wrapped and your parcel will be despatched. A tracking number can be emailed to you. Some services can provide further progress emails until arrival.
UK parcels are normally received next day, international parcels usually between 3 - 10 days depending on destination and service selected. Higher priority services can be requested for particularly high value items. We do not normally use surface (sea-shipping) services as these take many weeks or even months and are not trackable. However, very large/heavy items can be consigned to this service at the buyer's risk. Occasionally specialised couriers may be considered in certain circumstances.
If the parcel is received in an obviously damaged condition please take photos of outside first and stages of unwrapping. If item is damaged please contact us immediately. If the item is significantly not what you expected please contact us immediately stating your reasons and including images of points of contention. We always strive to ensure our buyers are happy and will bend over backwards to achieve this, but equally it calls for reason and a sense of fairness on both sides.
