W0331C.BABYFEEDBWPHEAS.M   Another appealing early ceramic pap boat (or baby feeder), this one covered in superb blue transferred decoration including pheasants, foliage, grapes, vine leaves, fruit etc all well depicted. Flattened balustrade body with central top opening with shallow lip over which to place thumb and control flow. Short neck tapering down quickly into short narrow neck and lip to take teat (or be sucked on directly). From the Chris Bultitude collection. Part of a collection of 40 better pap boats he amassed over the years/ c1820-30's. Good  Just has 2 shallow chips on both sides of the lip (on the central body) both restored (one (4mm x 5mm) and the other 4mm x 9mm) approx) to a good standard (and could easily be missed because of where they are) and is otherwise very good with just a small (3mm) wafer-thin glaze flake near the pointed feeding end.  188mm long / Width across body 78mm.   £110
