W0426.TAPERMALLET.M   Classic freeblown blackglass (dark olive green) English mallet wine c1735, deep hummock kickup with rough sand pontil. Sagged rounded base edge, tapered marvered sides to rounded sloped shoulders into short tapered striated neck going through dowentooled stringrim below snapped off everted lip. Full original surface gloss, internal sediment, slight nibbling one side of stringrim. Traces of bitument sealing resin which makes it look a bit nibbled but it is only the bitumen revealing a totally mint lip underneath, which could be easily cleaned off. Light bubbling, excellent condition. Dont come very much better...£345
