Extreme rare blackglass Freeblown (dark olive green) Alloa club-bodied serving bottle with 6 vertical body rigarees and sealed to mid body "JAO/1831” within very unusual hexagonal seal die shape outer. Unrecorded in Burton. Good seal lip edge, full original surface gloss, more outward tapered club shaped body with sloped shoulders into shorter bulged neck flaring out into snapped off firesmoothed mouth with lip folded inwards.. 10 1/4” High, 4 1/2” maximum diameter.
