U0601SW.DROPLIPORTER. M Nice two tone brown saltglazed English porter c1830 with single dropped ring lip. Flat base, straight sides squared off shoulders swooping into short tapered neck. Mid brown to just below sjoulder, light brown below. Various fingerprints etc, good warm colouring. I large but ultra shallow flake off base underneath, one in manufacture chip of edge of base approx 1/3"wide. 9 5/8"high, 3 1/2"diameter  £20
