S1007.PHIALSTRAW.M   Lovely classic English freeblown aqua phial c1730 saggy cylinder, conical kickup with disk edge pontil, leaning undulating body to round sloping shoulders into short neck with very wide flared and flattened lip, original cork, dusty content including straw. Originally found in thatch of a cottage in Yorkshire, usually as a good luck withcraft charm. Full original surface gloss, excellent except for small chip out of very wide flared flat lip, restored.  4"high, 1 3/8"diameter   £sold
