W0816S.H.ELLIS1780SQUAT.M   Classic English freeblown blackglass (dark olive green) squat sealed high/mid body "H./Ellis*/1780" within good seal lip edge. Deep hummock kickup with wide sand pontil, sagged base, straight sides rounded sloped and then flattening shoulders into long tapering striating neck pinching in towards crude collar stringrim below overturned lip with original cork and original internal residue. Lean to body and neck, full original surface gloss  with many small bubbles and light whittling and some light foreign bodies etc, 9 4/5"high, 4 1/2"diameter, excelent, no issues whatsoever, as good an example of a dated sealed squat as you could find.
