T1003SW.SCHWEPPEMARGSTGB.M  Classic early brown saltglazed stioneware GB impressed to both sides "MINERAL WATER MANUFACTURERS/J.SCHWEPPE, & Co/79 Margaret Street,/CAVENDISH SQUARE, LONDON", and on reverse "CODNOR PARK POTTERY/Burton's/SUPERIOR WARE/EX" fairly well stamped and clear. Shallow domed partially glazed base, straight sides to sharp inciurved shoulders topped with deep rounded tooled lip. Overall light brown with mid brown speckling. Two small chips to base edge, potentially in manufacture, various light rubs to glaze of speckly rough surface, wear of glaze to highpoints of shoulder edge, and a couple very light insifnificant touch marks.
