V1213S.FLATOCTPM1731.CW    Extreme rare freeblown (dipmold) flat octagonal blackglass (dark olive green) long necked  sealed to shoulder edge "P.M/1731" within seal lip edge. Raised whittled base with oval sand pontil. Sagged base bulged flattened sides with light whittling and fine bubbling.rounded sloped shoulders into long offcentre neck tapering and striating through v-section stringrim below snapped off lip.
