T0423.WMSNUFFCASE.M   Superb rare freeblown blackglass (dark olive green) widemouthed flared lip large snuff or short case bottle c1760+, full original surface gloss, near flat whittled base with sand pontil, rounded bas edges, straight whittled sides to offcentre sloped shoulders into wive and flared lip mouth folded back down slightly. Amazing survical of the thinflared lip. Great character and nice crudity and mishapen ness ofneck and shoulders. Rare English form particularly in this condition.
